Sync QuickBooks customers as Clients. Existing clients are matched by name or QB ID — no duplicates created.
Import Invoices
Sync QuickBooks invoices. Duplicates are detected by QB Invoice ID and invoice number.

How duplicate prevention works

  • Customers: Matched by QuickBooks Customer ID first, then by company name
  • Invoices: Matched by QuickBooks Invoice ID first, then by invoice number (QB-XXXX)
  • Re-running an import will update existing records, never create duplicates
